TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: July 28, 2025

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Complete Signings, LLC d/b/a The Monica Dunn Agency, located at 925 S. Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, phone number 615-802-4214, website www.CoachMonicaDunn.com ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and you, the purchaser and user of our digital products and services ("Client", "you", or "your").

By purchasing or accessing any product or service from the Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

 

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Deed Dynasty Toolkit™ + One-on-One Help, you agree to the following:

  1. Program Inclusions:

    • Four (4) private 60-minute Zoom strategy calls, held within 30 days of your purchase date.

    • Private WhatsApp access (voice, text, and calls) for ongoing support until you purchase your property.

    • Deed Dynasty Toolkit™, Property Deal Finder Checklist, “Red Flag” Cheat Sheet, and my personal no-bank contract template.

  2. Scheduling & Attendance:

    • All calls must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.

    • Missed calls are forfeited — no reschedules — due to the demand on my calendar.

    • You may invite others (spouse, business partner, etc.) to join your calls.

  3. Land Clarity Guarantee:

    • If you do not have a property under contract within 30 days, I will continue to work with you via WhatsApp on a monthly basis until you do.

    • Guarantee is contingent on your active participation, including attending all 4 calls and completing assigned action steps.

  4. Pricing & Payment:

    • The program’s market value exceeds $2,500. Current pricing is for this month only and may increase at any time without notice.

    • All payments are non-refundable.

  5. Ownership of Materials:

    • All digital resources, templates, and tools are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    • I am not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or lender. All decisions and purchases are your responsibility. I provide education and strategic guidance to support your land acquisition goals.

  1. You’ll book your 4 weekly Zoom strategy calls right after checkout. All calls must be completed within 30 days from your purchase date.

  2. If you miss a scheduled call, it will not be rescheduled. My calendar fills quickly, and holding spots means turning away other clients.

  3. Your WhatsApp access begins immediately and continues until you purchase your property — no matter how long it takes.

  4. The guarantee applies only if you show up for all 4 scheduled calls and actively work on the action steps we discuss.

Important:

  • The current pricing is for this month only.
