  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card information.

2. Challenge Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to challenge materials, live coaching calls, replays, and downloadable resources.

  • Access is granted for the duration of the challenge and any bonus materials specified at the time of enrollment.

  • Log-in credentials, links, and access details are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued.

  • We are committed to your success and provide a conditional guarantee outlined below.

4. Conditional Guarantee

  • If you attend all five live sessions (or watch the replays), complete each day’s assignment in full, and are still unable to identify at least one homeowner in your local market facing foreclosure, you may request to re-enroll in the next challenge at no additional cost.

  • To qualify, you must submit proof of participation and completed assignments within 48 hours of the final challenge session.

  • The guarantee does not apply to missed sessions, partial completion, or failure to follow the steps taught.
