("Participant")

1. Workshop Overview

Participant is registering for a one-day, in-person business development workshop hosted by The Monica Dunn Agency. The event is designed to help attendees create a digital product and install a simplified sales system.

2. Location & Time

The event will be held in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Specific venue details and directions will be sent via email following registration. The workshop will take place from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Participants are expected to arrive on time and stay through the duration to receive the full benefit of the experience.

3. What’s Included

  • Full-day live workshop access

  • The Your Perfect Digital Product™ proprietary system

  • Pre-built sales system templates

  • Training and hands-on assistance from Monica Dunn and her team

  • Post-registration tools, including a digital product questionnaire

4. What’s Required

Participant must bring:

  • A laptop

  • A cell phone

  • A written list of ways they currently help others (per workshop prep instructions)

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate deployment of proprietary tools and planning resources, no refunds will be issued.
If Participant is unable to attend as scheduled, their registration may be transferred to a future workshop, subject to availability, provided that written notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the workshop, including templates, tools, training frameworks, and digital resources, are proprietary and owned by Complete Signings, LLC d/b/a The Monica Dunn Agency. Participant is granted limited, non-transferable rights to use these materials for personal business development purposes only. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or taught without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantees of income or business results. Outcomes depend on Participant’s effort, application of content, and external factors outside the Company’s control. Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending the event, Participant grants the Company permission to photograph or record the workshop, including Participant’s image or voice, for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval.
