TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: July 28, 2025

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Complete Signings, LLC d/b/a The Monica Dunn Agency, located at 925 S. Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, phone number 615-802-4214, website www.CoachMonicaDunn.com ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and you, the purchaser and user of our digital products and services ("Client", "you", or "your").

By purchasing or accessing any product or service from the Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This Agreement governs your access and use of the Deed Dynasty Toolkit™ and related digital products, templates, systems, calculators, and tools (“Product”) delivered via downloadable content, Google Sites, or other digital platforms.

2. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the Product for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense any portion of the Product

  • Modify or create derivative works for commercial use

  • Allow others to access your account or dashboard

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Complete Signings, LLC.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to proprietary content and waive any right to a refund.

4. DISCLAIMER

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Product if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue all use and delete any downloaded or stored materials.
